ArtBase Cloud Hosting provides secure, reliable access to your information from any location. Using (industry-leader) Amazon servers. The security of off-site backups. Save on IT costs without an in-house server. Enjoy the advanced features of ArtBase 11 and the flexibility of a custom program on the cloud.

AB Collector 11
Single-user solution for small collections, dealers and beginning collectors
ArtBase for collectors is a single-user solution designed specifically for the small collection and beginning collector or dealer. The focus of this program is on inventory tracking, condition reporting and insurance reporting. Ideal for collections of limited size and activity.

AB Artist 11
Single-user solution for emerging artists
ArtBase Artist is a single-user solution designed with one goal in mind: to provide an affordable, yet powerful, solution for emerging artists. This program includes nearly all ArtBase features, but focuses on inventory tracking to organize — and protect the interests of — the artist as their career begins to flourish. Data entry is limited to one artist’s name, but there is no limit on the number of records that can be entered.

ArtBase Go: Mobile Suite
For iPad and iPhone
The ArtBase Go suite of mobile apps are: SalesBook, Live, and Info. These tools work together with ArtBase and with each other on iPad and iPhone to make sure you have your information where and when you need it.
ArtBase Go: SalesBook - introductory price of only $49/month per iPad/iPhone pair!
ArtBase Go: Live - $800 entry fee + ArtBase monthly license charge per device (iPads or iPhones)
ArtBase Go: Info - one-time flat rate of $500 flat rate for up to three iPad/iPhone pairs devices.
ArtBase Go: Mobile Suite solutions require ArtBase software, including purchase of at least one copy of FileMaker Pro. ArtBase Go: Live may incur monthly licensing fees if devices are used simultaneously with computers on your network.
